You may return the goods you order from Verifine at any time within 14 days of receiving them.   We will either exchange the goods or refund the total paid , which evever you prefer.

We will not accept for return any items of jewellery that are made in request to special order unless the items are faulty or not as described.

Before returning goods, we ask you to notify us by email (neil@verifine.co.uk ) or by telephone 020 7603 5688 of your intention to return.  We will respond with a confirmation return code.
